• Try a different browser
• Try a different website, such as youtube or vimeo
• If possible, try a different device at the same location

If you experience the problem using multiple browsers, on multiple website, the problem is most likely to be your device or your internet connection. The problem could also be related to a new option within the flash plugin for hardware acceleration. please disable hardware acceleration in your flash settings and try again.
