If you are experiencing problems with audio and video being out of sync, please try the following..
- manually select different streaming quality on the video player
- try a few videos and see if the problem occurs on all videos
- try a different browser
- close all running applications and try again
If your problem persists, please let us know and give us as much detail as possible, including what steps you have tried and which videos the problem occurs on. We will pass this information on to our streaming partners to help correct any issues there may be.
